A journalist gets asked to charade as a butler by Dr. Leo Verneyi, the new successor to a multi-faceted company in order to witness the events of the night. Leo announces at dinner that the found family patriarch, Ignoir Ant's, last wishes was to use a large majority of the company money to spread outreach around the world, however this isn't received well. Trouble ensues following dinner as Hugh and the rest of the guests, Sgt. Nathaniel (N.) Vidia, Indola Ant, Monseiur Shaun Accrue, Libbie Doe, Pleo N. Xsia, and A.Lyssa find Leo collapsed with no pulse in his room. The eight of them then try to figure out what is occurring as tensions rise between them. Meanwhile, Hugh is just trying to make it through the night as this is way more than he could have ever anticipated.
